Dominic is a tech-savvy strategist and early adopter of AI tools. As CTO, he builds and automates the behind-the-scenes systems that keep Ink and Pen Plus running smoothly—and evolving fast. If it’s digital, he’s probably already building it, testing it, or fixing it.
Together, they’ve built a company that’s more than just a service—it’s a support system. Whether it’s data, documents, or digital strategy, Ink and Pen Plus brings both heart and horsepower to the table.

Our foundation is built on trusted notary services, but we go beyond the pen—integrating automation and conversational AI to create smart, scalable solutions that save time and enhance operations. We’re on a mission to make modern business support accessible, efficient, and personal.

Our platform allows other small businesses and contractors the ability to take advantage of current technical tools like AI agents, and automation, while serving notary needs mobily throughout the state of Arkansas initially, then expanding to other states in the near future.
